Having spent years honing his skills in high-stress situations, James’ journey has shaped a passion for influencing others with advanced negotiation skills to enhance the communication and culture of organisational workplaces.
Drawing from his vast experiences in negotiation and communication, James started Leaders Check In to offer unique insights and transformative coaching strategies to business professionals and corporate leaders.
